Winter Glam Styled Shoot

WE WERE PULBISHED!!!!!

Every now and again a group of amazing wedding professionals get together and flex their creative muscles and make magic happen. We live in sunny South Florida and it can get out really hot. When winter comes around, most of the time it doesn’t even get cold here let alone any snow. I had an idea to bring a little bit of winter to Florida with some non-traditional décor elements.

When planning this shoot I first started with the colors I wanted to use. The amazing baker and cake designer told me some time ago that she would love to do a black cake. Well since I’ve never colored inside of the lines anyway, I was like I love it. I decided on black with green and gold as the accent colors. When I reached out to Nishaunette Dennis of Plush Royale Design with my concept and she was on board with everything.

Next I had to find a unique location. I was brainstorm and searching for weeks. Finally I went for a drive and I was coming back home, I passed a golf course and had to do a u-turn. I went in and met with Justin the catering manager, told him what I was looking to do, took a tour and I knew it was the perfect location. He “Said Yes”….lol

I pulled out my laptop and emailed the other amazing vendors and told them what I was doing and asked would they like to be apart of it. Well they said yes and thus a fabulous team was formed.

Planning and organizing this shoot was a lot of work but super fun. I can’t think the talented team enough for all that they did and continue to do.
